I don't know why I keep giving them the chance, but it's not a exaggeration that half of my orders have been wrong and the food... often looks unappetizing, even for fast food. I don't make special orders, just normal menu mainstays and I keep lowexpectations for fast food but it's obvious the employees just don't care. There's no reason to go here when other options aredown the street. Read more

When it?s Halloween weekend, you?d think your staff would be in the kitchen for the 2am rush, but the entire staff is out front... on a smoke break and deterring customers with all of the store lights out like they?re closed. The service industry depends onlate night staffs like this, ready and willing to tip. Loss of a solid sale and a $100 tip. Unfortunate. Went last night for 3 drinks no food and there was literally 1 man working, line was slow but he was absolutely killing it. Went... today and ordered 3 drinks, there was at least 3 workers working the restaurant and the drinks they sold us were clearly thewrong color, they didn't awnser their phones at all. When I showed up to demand my money back because at this point I'mirritated they really weren't that busy when we came through, the whole lobby is empty, there's 1 car I watched pull into thedrive through as I went in I was told they were to busy to awnser their phones, and they had just fixed their drink machine soit would be right now. At this point this location has gone downhill, I've come to this location regularly for over 10 years. Iwill never return to this location after all of this.
