The lobby was closed. I know from past experience the lobby is never open. I asked why, the young woman that was sitting in her... car said it was protocol. I don't understand, if you offer inside dining why would the lobby be closed. Do not advertise insidedining if there is no inside dining. I'm not sure if covid-19 has left everyone introverted but I'm finding this a lot in theOklahoma City area. Read more

Closing earlier during the weekend of Halloween is the dumbest thing ever. At least warn the huge line of people. I will... continue to tell people to avoid this store. Post accurate hours or hire people that don?t tell a huge line of people to leavebc they don?t wanna work. Read more

My first job was at Taco????Bell in the late 90s. I know a bit about this... ok. Firstly, on a corporate level, why remove the... double decker taco? All the ingredients are there. I just have to order a taco, add 6" flour, add beans and explain theassembly. I digress... back to the visit... It was 1:30 on a Friday when I arrived at the location. I had an appointment at 2pmnearby and had a few minutes to kill. I had not eaten at a Taco Bell in a while and this place seems pretty empty for a Fridayafternoon so I went inside to order some food. I tried to get a double decker but was told that they are not sold any more so Iwent with a chicken chulupa. The pros and cons... Pros: excellent parking, 2 street access, very clean location, polite staff, food was put together perfectly within seconds. Cons: The Bathroom had to be unlocked by the manager so I could wash my handslike I'm a child. This causes additional close contact with staff. I have personally cleaned a lot of taco bell bathrooms in myday and this one was not clean. Nbd. Overall I'm gonna give this location 4 outta 5. Read more

i was picking up an order here and i got harassed by a homeless guy in the parking lot. i stood my ground on the matter and the... homeless guy followed me into the store to confront me. i was once again standing my ground and the security guard insidewanted to kick me out as well when i am there for their business. it seemed the older gentleman security guard on september27th about 6-7pm did not want to do his job and wanted me out as well just for not allowing a vagrant to harass me. regardlessof his reasoning for why he wanted me out of there as well i will just avoid this place altogether. I've had 2 bad kiosk experiences in my last 2 Taco Bell visits. The first time, I walked out. This time, I toughed it out and... spent a lot of extra time clicking through needless menus. What I wanted was a #3 combo, but had to wade through maybe 8 or 9needless screens before I could place the order. This was NOT a time-saver. Among the needless kiosk menu items were choice andnumber of sauces, which I had to grab anyway, and my choice of drink, which I also had to fill myself. There were a few moremenus with options I didn't need, I assume trying to upsell me. That's fine, but give me the option to choose those menus, notmake me read them to see if there's something pertinent to my order (which there wasn't in every case.) Placing/paying-for theorder apparently required an additional screen, too. Next, there was no option for a printed receipt. Only email or text - andTaco Bell does not need my personal info - or not receipt at all. Since I paid with a card (there was no cash option) I wanted areceipt. So now I have to get someone at the counter who doesn't want to deal with customers (per the 'order at kiosk' sign atthe counter.) He was unable to provide a printed receipt. He couldn't find my order at all. I pointed out that had I been ableto order at the counter in the first place, it would have saved both of us a lot of time. I estimate that my 4-5 minutes ofkiosk and receipt-request time would have been accomplished in about 30 seconds at the counter. Is 4 or 5 minutes for onecustomer a long time? Ask a district manager who's concerned about efficiency! I also had to ask for my drink cup after the bagwas placed on the counter. Not a big deal, but not a result of streamlining. I love the food, but I will not tolerate spendingextra time to get it. Making it faster for the customer is a great idea, except the kiosks do NOT accomplish that, and today ittook up a few minutes of the employee's time as well. Again, this should have been a 30-second MAX Read more
