My first time eating here and the waiter missed up 3 of our orders and after returning with a very small steak that had a lot of... grease that was supposed to be a 6 oz and was maybe a 3 oz and was also supposed to be whiskey glazed and had no glaze and noseasoning. Worst $20 steak meal I have ever had will not ever go back !!! Not to mention we had to wait to get refills ondrinks. Definitely not a good First impression. Read more

Myself plus 7 family members came to dine in here and we had the worse experience. First we had to wait about 20 minutes just... for drinks. Our drinks ended up arriving at the same time our food came. The bartender whom took our drink orders tried to claimhe never even took our order. When the food came my food was cold and my cousin has a piece of hair in his food. We request themanager and he was no help at all. He offered us a 10% discount each which amounts out to .62 cents and $1.68 between the 2 ofus. You mean to tell me this is what we deserved to be accommodated for? The manager was not trying to be understanding to us ascustomers whom had such a horrible experience from the start. The manager was rude to his employees whom was trying to assistand make the situation/experience better for us. He was not willing to give us corporate phone number. I do not recommend thisplace. Really bad experience! Terrible service, and the food was disgusting! I ordered the cajun pasta and the chicken was cold and the... noodles were hard. My husband’s beer was warm. He didn’t even get to enjoy it. The table we were seated at was dirty and wasso wobbly we couldn’t even eat comfortably, we felt like it was going to break. First and foremost, i would like to state I never leave reviews at places. However, this place was deemed appropriate. The... service was HORRIBLE. Our waitress only came by our table to take our orders, leave our orders and to bring our check. Ourappetizer was never brought. We had no refills. We had no silverware and didn’t have the chance to ask for it before ourwaitress bolted. We ended up having to pick up our silverware and napkins. Will never be back here again. Read more
