Waited 15 minutes for my food and I was the only one there. Pretty sure the girl who made my sandwich used the same gloves she... was wearing while working the checkout. Then my sandwich wasn’t even hot and there was hardly any chicken on it. The smallamount of chicken that was on the sandwich was dry and disgusting. Plus she had sauce or something all over her gloves and gotit all over my to go box. Also $4 for a very small bowl of Mac n cheese is ridiculous. Food was great! The gentleman at the counter pulled on my heart strings! A lady walked in and ordered her food and had her... little baby with her. I watched as the gentleman got her food ready, helped her get her drinks, and carried her stuff out to hercar for her. It melted my heart to see such a caring soul doing something he didn’t have to do. Great example of how customerservice should be! Job well done! Read more
The crew here are amazing. I came in with my elderly mother who uses a walker. The setup isn't the most walker-friendly I've... been in, but doable. Once my mother found herself a seat, I stood waiting for her get her money and decide what she wanted. Thelady came to the table and took our order from there, got our drinks and brought everything to us so I could sit, too. Such akind and unexpected blessing for this caregiver always on her feet. Mac n cheese was not great and not hot. They were out of turkey so I asked to substitute roasted chicken. Got a fried chicken... patty. None of the food was hot, I was the only one there. So not sure what the issue was. I had been wanting to try it for along time, but unfortunately I won’t be back. Read more
