The food is good. Here is the problem. Every time I order from this store I?m always missing an item or two. They never... apologize or get the food to me in a quick matter. My 5 stars is comparing this to other wing places around including other Wingstops. Got two $15.99 20 boneless meals (you get... up to 4 success on each meal); we had a lot of wings left to take home. The boneless wings and fries were good. Got theKorean, Louisiana, BBQ, and Hawaiian sauces. All were good except the Louisiana dry rub is a bit salty. They also have oneof those soda machines that mixes a ton of different flavors. **Normally would not rate a wing stop 5 stars but the personbehind the counter added at least one star. She was very helpful, patient, and kind. She was also constantly working to makethe place nice for customers; Cleaning and straightening the tables. Ordered for pick up at 545, they were ready and sitting under the heat lamp at 530 when I arrived. I arrive early everywhere... just in case this happens, when I asked about it he acted like it was normal for food to sit 15+ mins before the guest arrived.Cold soggy fries and barely warm wings isn?t what I wanted. Went in to pick up a online order. Gave the lady at the front my name she walked back looked came back to the front and said... nothing to me . So I sat to wait for my food , that is when a family walked in and took a field trip straight to the backwearing flip flops . After a few minutes of touching everyones order that was being made they walked out and stood by thecounter(see picture with the one with her butt on the counter) My order was finally finished and I asked the lady at thecounter who the people were and she said they were managment. Maybe someone should tell managment that it is not acceptable forthem to bring their family into a food buisness and allow them to eat and touch orders being made . Also unacceptable to haveuncovered feet in a kitchen . I told the lady at the front that it was unacceptable and I would be reporting it to higher upsand she told me to leave and never come back. She won't have to worry I have absolutely no Intentions of returning . You cankeep your food that has been fingered by unwashed hands and your feet chicken . I won't be back.
