This location has come a long ways in the past 2 months idk what it is but it's so much better then it use to be. I was also... told that only this location is offering a discount to all college students and front line workers military, police, fire,doctors, nurses postal workers, teachers, just make sure you bring your ID I was informed. The store manager is extremely niceand makes you feel welcome and us always in a great mood definitely hit this place up and support the hard working team that isthere it's always clean and the food is always great. I ordered wings to be delivered, and they never arrived. Here we are a month later and I still haven?t received a refund or... contact from management. I will be contacting their HQ in Houston next before contacting the BBB. I will no longer spend moneyat Wingstop because of this experience. Read more

Let me start of by saying, my family LOVES Wingstop. But Saturday, we received some pretty questionable food and customer... service after the fact. We placed a 30 piece order with fries, veggies and corn. When we received our meal, we did not receivethe veggies and the chicken, specifically the lemon pepper was VERY soggy, zero crisp. Well we called back and spoke to Keyshelland she was very helpful just as she was at the store, she then put Conner on the phone and told our issue. He said no problem,just call tomorrow (Sunday), and Robert will get you taken care of. We called Robert on Sunday and he was very dismissive of oursituation and pretty much blew us off and told us to call corporate. Very disappointed. Read more
