Very poor service and communication We ordered a drink and dinner. After 45 minutes of no one checking on us I asked the... bartender to please check on our order. He came back and said ?sorry we?re out of lettuce wraps?. Really??? You couldn?t figurethat out before we waited that long. We left and had to go elsewhere for dinner!!! If I could give it a negative number I would. The table was dirty, asked for it to be cleaned, that took 30 minutes. We should... have left then! Ordered drinks, that took another 20 minutes. Ordered dinner, waited, and waited, and waited. The waitressdidn?t return. Went to the bar and inquired about our food. The waitress came back and said they were ?slammed? and there was amix up. Food would be right out. Another 10 minutes, no food, no waitress, went to the restroom, soap dispenser fell off thewall, paper towel dispenser empty and a roll sitting on to counter. Went back to the table, still no food or waitress. Went tothe bar and informed them that we were leaving. Waitress was at the entrance and asked, are you leaving, and I replied, YOUTHINK? I will never return to this restaurant. I can?t say the food was bad, I never got to try it. The drinks were ok, notbad, not great. The service sucked. They were not overly busy, the bar tender was cleaning and inspecting each glass she wasputting away. There were other people still sitting and waiting for there food, I wish them luck. Read more

Very disappointed. There were 7 adults and 1 child. Waiter (Jonathan) came to take our order. Right away 2 things one person... asked for were not available. The item I asked for was also not available, so I asked for the chicken sandwich and garlicmashed potatoes. We waited for about an hour and a half before our order came out. The waiter for some reason wrote down andordered me a Cuban/fries. I verified that everyone at table heard my order and they said yes. Jonathan said he wrote downCuban instead. After eating one part of it, because I wasn't going to wait for my correct order, I questioned where the saucewas. As I turned it over to look for it, it was completely burned.
