My fiance Tony and I eat at Applebee's every time he comes up. That is our favorite restaurant. We love the atmosphere. The... waiters and waitresses are very nice and courtesy. We most definitely would recommend to our friends and to other people. Read more
They had a sign posted that there were only 2 servers on duty, but the restaurant did not have more than 8 tables full at any... time we were there. The food took OVER AN HOUR, I am GF and ordered my salad without croutons. They just took part of themoff, and served me the salad with crumbs all over it. I didn't realize until I had already eaten a few bites, and it was enoughto give me an allergic reaction. No one came to the table again until the manager brought our food out. At that point therewas no reason to get another salad.... I could write a book, it was just terrible. The food was cold when it finally wasdelivered, and it took 10 minutes of standing by the bar to get the check. The waitress saw me, and ignored me and took care ofthe bar patrons (all) before she even acknowledged me. For the love of GOD you guys can?t get anything right. If you order to go (curbside) make sure you bring a pair of scissors to... cut open each bag that they tight in knots to check your food. I ordered tons of food and if course it was missing an entiremeal, utensils that I requested and straws for the drinks. Never again will I spend so much money to be disrespected. The to golady the first go around was very short when speaking with me and appeared to hate her life. But I still tipped her of coursemaybe that will cheer her up. I called and spoke with the manager tonight and informed him of my missing food and utensils. Idrove back up there and picked up my food and the to go lady must have got a pretty amazing text message because the second shehanded over my food she hopped right back on her phone- BUT she was more polite for round two so that was nice, BUT EVEN AFTERTELLING THE MANAGER ABOUT MY MISSING UTENSILS THEY FORGOT THEM? again? even after driving back up there. The manager wanted togive me a credit or give me my food I had to pick one- it would have been great to get my money back for the waste of my time! Iwill never come back. Read more
Food was great, server was great. Only reason for 4 stars are that it was pretty empty and we had to wait 15-20 minutes standing... at the door for a table. Many different employees coming out from the back seen us but nobody sat us. Read more

Food was cold in some spots and were multiple problems with it. Chicken was dry. The honey pepper mac and cheese had very very... little sauce on it and did not taste like usual.
