This little restaurant is a hidden gem! This is located in the same space as a former Pei Wei, which was also underrated. The... location isn't easy to see so it's not as popular as it should be. However, I've been wanting to come here for quite some time,and it exceeded expectations for sure. For one thing it is very charming and relaxing on the inside. It was not at all busyaround mid-afternoon. There were maybe two or three other tables of people. The menu is outstanding. There are a wide variety ofsalad sandwiches and wraps to choose from in addition they have a lot of different sides including potatoes, macaroni andcheese, cornbread, side salads, etc. They have an extensive selection of ingredients. You can practically customize anycombination of items that you want. They also have high quality little dessert items like chocolate chip cookies. They also haveavocado, which is one of my favorite healthy items to add to anything. There are not many places that you can go to have ahealthy lunch and a conversation where you can hear the other person at the same time. I was very impressed that the turkeysandwich they have is actual roasted turkey. It's not sliced sandwich meat like you will find in any other sandwich shop around.High points for this. I placed an order for a large staff lunch today. The team at Doc Greens did an amazing job! Every individual order was perfect!... I arrived in time to watch them as they were packing it up and double checking everything! I am so thankful that they took timeto make sure each of my staff had exactly what they ordered. Salad was basic and good. Soup was very delicious. One of the best cheesy tortilla soups I have had. The wrap was delicious.... Overall I will definitely come back. Was able to get a feast for less than 1000 calories. Read more
