So, the food is honestly a hit or miss. On this visit my food was hot and steaming, and prepared quickly. But, the last couple... times before that, our burgers were not actually warm, and seemed undercooked. I ordered a 44 ounce Sprite to share with hubby,and ended up with a 44 ounce carbonated water (Sprite is notorious for having no syrup and the staff not realizing) - so, ifyou order Sprite (anywhere really), always sip before you leave! I tried to give this Sonic a fair chance since it is closest to me but they have messed up my order every time. Most recently I... had a mobile order of a double burger and a drink. Got there, pushed the button, and after a few it said it was on its way tous. Wasn?t brought to us after about 5+ minutes so we pushed the button again and spoke to someone. I ordered a hot fudge Sundae with banana. The banana was black. The sauce was burnt, the ice cream was rubbery. This is the... worst sonic. I never have issues with my orders at any other sonic in Olathe. This one can rarely get the orders right and whenthey do the food is nasty. I waited 45 minutes for the biggest let down ever. I know I'm not the only one having horribleexperiences at this location. Which is sad because I love sonic food at any other location at least. It's worth it to drive 10minutes out of your way to go to any other location. Read more
