I've been there every year I go to old forge the last 12 years. I went in there a few weeks back. We ordered apps, dinner, and... drinks. The drinks were wrong and all the food came out once 45 minutes later. 1/3 of our items were missing and everything waslukewarm or cold. We asked to talk to the manager. The owner came by. We told him our experience and he said it was a newserver. We agreed but had an issue the bartender's 8 year-old daughter was cleaning glasses behind the bar and serving tocustomers. When we told him that was unsanitary(and illegal) he stared down my wife and told us to leave without paying. Whenleaving, I went to the server to pay for the items we did receive/eat, I didn't think that was fair to her. He then yelled at methe nachos I ordered that were cold were "delicious." Very gross he'd eat that. I asked him what did he say and then he got inmy face in front of my 6-year old. After asking him to back off of me, he told me how much knowledge he has and where he went toschool for hospitality. When he further explained he had no problem with a child working there and cleaning glasses forcustomers, I asked would he say the same thing to the health department. Then he materially threatened to fight me in front ofmy kid so I left. I've never experienced such things. I thought I was on a candid camera show. Read more

The only reason this place gets a 3 is because the food is REALLY good. It is not however worth waiting more than an hour for... which is what we did at the end of a very long water park day with a hungry 6 year old. Tables who ordered at the same time oreven well after us were served before us. When 40 min had gone by without our waitress checking in on us, we were finally ableto flag her down and she seemed surprised we were asking where our food was and had no problem telling us it would be at leastanother 20 min. I'm pretty sure she forgot to put our order in but yikes. I wouldn't go here again there are lots of otheroptions in town Read more

Meh. Don?t waste your time. Management is clearly missing the boat of how to practically run a business. An hour wait on.... Sunday? Sure. Two hours and still no (mediocre) food? Unacceptable. For a business who has been around this long, they need todo better. Plus the menu is pretty old school. I?m not anticipating a great meal. Read more

Pretty bad pizza from this place... Burnt... But you can taste that if it wasn't burned it still wouldn't be great. Probably not... something they are known for understandably though when Fasttrac makes a 10x better and cheaper pie, you should retire thatpizza oven. Read more

We traveled to the Old Forge region to get some photos for my work. I work as a food & wine photographer for magazines in the... travel industry. I was recommended to goto this establishment and I walked in the place 15 min before the kitchen closed. Thewaitress sat us down to a table and said to order before kitchen closed. What we wanted was simple and was ready to order. Ittook the waitress to walk by us for 20 min and then come to say she forgot us and kitchen was closed. Now I could have made afuss and forced my opinion, but then I could imagine how they would flavor my food!!(spit or other ways) My wife just nicelysaid,?That?s ok, my kids and I will starve for the night as the waitress laughed. The food may have been good, but service & theproduct you sell makes you a good establishment. I would recommend you find another place and look for a place that has goodcustomer service and doesn?t turn away 3 kids who were hungry after you say sit down and order. Read more
