If the owner of this store is reading these reviews, could you please review the management and operations of this store Pronto.... No one should be served cold food after waiting 10-20 minutes in the drive through at any time of day. I left yesterday morningafter paying and waiting over 10 minutes to be told that other people were ahead of me and my food was cooking that i needed tomove. Well move on I did without my order or my money. Over the past few months I've moved and waited for a simple order towatch dozens of others get thier food and drive past me. This isn't ok, people have places to be, if you're gonna be fast foodbe fast food, if I wanted to wait half an hour I'd go sit down somewhere and enjoy that experience. Get it together. Read more
Get a order right 1 out of 4 times. $2.99 for a old cold cheeseburger at 1pm. Kiosk only while 3 front employees stare at you.... Drive thru only does 1-2 cars at a time so you wait until they drive off before they ask your order. Took 3 trips inside tocorrect a 4 item order. Just a horrible McDonald's. not sure why customer service seems to be a thing of the past foe most fast food. learn from the one that is closed on Sunday.... sad I have to say that when I don't even eat at the other place. but I do know how well that customer is. Read more
Do not stop here for food. Sign on register states they only accept kiosk orders and no cash. When you place your order on the... kiosk you are asked to take a numbered table tent sit down and your order will be brought to you. Our receipt did not print. Thestaff at the counter kept yelling a number that was not our table tent number apparently the number on our receipt that did notprint. They did not bring our order. The food was cold. Plain double cheeseburger cheese not melted, meat cold bread stale.Fries cold. Told to get out own drink. Yes the bun came tore up that way. Read more
