This review is for others who are lactose intolerant like I am. I've had dinner at Lugano as well as ordered through Postmates,... both times I requested a dairy-free version of pasta dishes and both times they were extremely accommodating and provided adelicious dairy-free version of the meals I ordered. More restaurants should be this good. -- The food is fantastic as well bythe way. Read more

Was staying at the hotel up the block and my husband and I thought this would be a good place for our anniversary dinner. When... we arrived the man at the front didn't greet, welcome us, or ask us how many in our party. We had to approach him and ask himfor a table for two, he seated us in the back. Water glasses are already on the table and they were completely covered in hardwater stains. We tried switching them with the glasses on the table next to us and they were in the same condition. Made itunappealing to use them. We saw a white couple next to us who received bread and butter. I was confused why they got some and wedidn't. I ended up asking and the waiter brought us some. I ordered sea bass which came on a cutting board filled with mold. Myhusband ordered steak that came with too much sauce that made all the fries soggy. It was a disappointing anniversary dinner.The drinks were good and that's about it. Read more
Luganos has happy hour every day from 3-6pm- it is the best! Great selection of wines and food for the happy hour menu.... Bartenders Sasha and Tim are the best! We go so often they know us well. Read more
