So I was here the other day, and tried their Hambela Ethiopian coffee, just drip. Seriously some of the best coffee I?ve had, I... told the manager I?d drive across town for coffee like this. Then I came back for the coffee, and I stayed for the food. Thisplace boasts organic, non gmo, local ingredients, all the buzz words, but they know their stuff, I was really impressed at howgood the food was, and the intention they put into sourcing amazing quality products. This is not your average coffee shop! The coffee is amazing, yes, but I was shocked by the incredible food options! So many... organic and local ingredients! They even have vegan doughnuts. Their biscuits and gravy are the best I've ever had. This placedoes it right with quiche and might be the only quiche I'll have from here on out. Their breakfast burritos are KILLER! Theycarry Nashville Jam Company too, as well as Buchi Kombucha. I think I've tried everything on the menu and I am continuallyblown away by what they're coming up with!
