Classic bait and switch. The low cost rooms are a dump. I wouldn't make my dog stay there. Worst place I've ever stayed. It was... late, we were tired, it was foggy, couldn't wait to get out of there. BTW, the 12 x 12 ceiling tiles need to be tested forasbestos. Brown stayed Oct 25, 2022. 2 rooms. 1 night. Read more

I pride myself in searching out the perfect room for the price, and with this stay I fell short. The photos on the website are... deceiving. There are so many different types of rooms I never realized our accommodations were no where near what the photospictured. We had an oceanfront room with a king bed in the Beachside complex for $168.00/night. It was just OK. The airconditioner was very loud. The bathroom was so tiny, it was hard to sit straight forward on the toilet. The sink was apedestal with no room to put anything, although there was a tiny shelf above the sink. The carpet was old and dank. The bedand bedding were comfortable. I guess I would say the room was just very, very dated. We won't go back. Read more

Great place to stay. I stayed in a luxury suite with two bedrooms and a fireplace. It had a wonderful walk in shower with... rainfall head. The building has an elevator which is fantastic for accessibility. Rooms were nice and clean, but the doors tendto stick a bit, which is expected on a beachfront property. The staff currently does not enter the rooms while you are stayingthere, due to covid, but you can place your trash and towels outside your door and it will be removed pretty quickly, and Ibelieve they drop more towels off if need be. I wasn't staying too long so I just used the same towels for my whole stay. Theonly real complaint I had was the parking situation. When the resort is full, parking is nearly impossible. I assumed that thosestaying in the luxury suites would have guaranteed parking near the building, especially given the price of the rooms, butunfortunately that was not the case. The staff were kind enough to let us park in a blocked off space because I was recoveringfrom a recent major surgery. Read more

I booked a room for just myself to get out of Portland for the night. I checked in and this lovely man at the front desk... informed me that he was upgrading my room to one right on the ocean! He gave me the room at no extra charge and what a treat itwas for him to do that! The room was clean, cozy, and just all around luxurious. I will absolutely stay here again as well asrecommend here to my friends and family. Thank you Peter at the front desk for the amazing room and hospitality! Read more

My boyfriend and I got upgraded to a better room at the sister hotel the Beach Walk Inn I believe it's calldd with a beautiful... beach view thanks to Jessica and the Fine Gentleman who works the front desk. Absolutely had a wonderful stay and I wish wecould have stayed longer than 1 night. My boyfriend works 7 days a week and only has 2 days off a month but he got a rare nightoff and I had it off so we decided to go to Old Orchard Beach in Maine for the night. They have an indoor heated pool whichunfortunately I didn't get to use because we just didn't have enough time but if I ever come back I will definitely get in. Thelocation is beautiful and we could walk right onto the beach. The hotel is in walking distance to other area attractions aswell. The room was clean and the view was amazing. Read more
