It's Ben & Jerry's; I'm not sure how much one would need to elaborate! The ice cream is obviously amazing, the rustic decor is... on brand with their image, and the staff is friendly, patient, and helpful. My kids will often take a little more time than mostpeople to decide what they want, and none of the staff have ever given off a vibe of impatience. I've gone multiple times andplan on going back.
