Enjoyed a delicious dinner and cocktails - highly recommend!! We had the pleasure of meeting Nancy, owner, who was also our... server - she was fantastic!! It was pretty busy that Saturday night and all the staff were doing their best to ensureeveryone's best experience - I give so much credit to the owners and staff of all restaurants who are doing all they can withreduced staff!! What a disappointing experience. They did not honor our reservation. We arrived on time and were told they were not sure when... they could seat us. There was a table available, but they were holding it for another party. They were not particularlyapologetic and it was really a very poor customer service experience. Very unimpressive. Today we enjoyed our first meal at this gem of a restaurant. Nancy, the owner, epitomizes the gracious and enthused host, and we... thoroughly enjoyed and appreciated her guidance with menu selection, although I doubt there could have been a disappointingchoice. After a coconut shrimp appetizer, my husband enjoyed the sole Milanese and I the chicken Florentine. While I almostnever eat dessert, I understood that they were home made and unusual, and indeed they were! My husband had a coconut tart whichreminded him of one he had enjoyed and longed for from his time in Thailand. I enjoyed the many berry crumble, served warm withice cream. They were scrumptious! If there is one thing I could change about this restaurant, it would be the interior, whichis painted in mostly brown and mauve which I found dated the place and was a bit depressing.
