They need to just close this location. I have lived across the street for years and have tried the drive thru, the dining room,... and delivery. Never been able to get ice cream from this location. Read more
My husband just returned home with a double scoop of ice cream in a single cup. The female who scooped it must have used the... kids scoop for what was supposed to be two adult sized scoops. Via phone, a female proceeded to tell me each scoop is supposedto be an inch & 1/2 of ice cream which is something I?ve 1) never been told and 2) have never seen such small scoop sizes. Eachscoop literally amounted to 3 spoonfuls of ice cream. If you?re too busy to provide excellent service and the appropriate amountof ice cream for the money paid, please call someone else in to fill your shift. Please do better than this. Read more
I just went through the drive thru to order a milk shake and they informed me the machine was down. I questioned what they ment... and they told me they are defrosting the ice cream dipping cabinet and told me they couldnt make it. I told them they couldstill make the milkshake regardless of they were defrosting the machine. They continued to say the ice cream would be too hardto scoop. I said they could use hot water with the scoop as I was a previous cake Decorator at this specific store and informedthem its still possible to make a shake even if the cabinet was defrosting. Tried to order a hot fudge sundae through drive thru and was told they don?t have the stuff for sundaes, they don?t know why... it?s still on the menu. Okay second choice is chocolate shake.
