We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon when in the area. It's been a few years since we dined here. The experience was... very nice. The history from this mid 1800's building is accented beautifully with a lot of natural wood and seemingly originalhandcrafted items. The food was spectacular! My wife had a steak salad and couldn't stop raving about it. Especially the steakitself and the onion straws on top. I never got to try one so... they were that good. :) I had a chicken cheesesteak wrap whichwas excellent and bursting with savory flavor. Nice selection of cocktails and on-tap beers. Randomly stopped in last night for dinner. Definitely a great decision. Food was amazing, and I would recommend the crab corn... chowder to anyone. Very good food. Reasonably priced. Healthy portions. The bartenders, Carly and Shelby were excellent. They were efficient,... friendly and personable. Ahi tuna app was delicious. My veal oscar and my wife's crab cakes were splendid. We both neededdoggies bags as the portions were quite big. FABULOUS martinis! Quite a selection of creative and tasty concoctions. No weakpours there either. My complaint was the floor was disorganized. The hostess was indifferent and seemed like she wanted to beanywhere but there. We had 6:00 reservations, but weren't seated until 6:20. NO big deal there, but then no one came over andeven acknowledged us for 15 more minutes. So we informed our disinterested hostess that she could give our table away, andheaded back to the bar where Carly and Shelby took great care of us. We are definitely going back.....but we'll stick to sittingat the bar. Read more
