Place my order online at 12:25 pm. Arrived at 12:41 to retrieve it and I had to wait. I understand the business may be short... staffed but make my order when I place it. It makes no sense for the staff to make 5 other people orders who show up after Iplaced my online order and they receive their order before mine. After 20 mins my order should have been ready for my arrival. Iwalked up to the window to avoid being stuck in the line and I still had to wait. Pulled off and came right back hopped in linewith the others because it?s ways too hot out to stand outside and an employee walks my order out to my car while I?m inline.The problem is i am now stuck behind 3 other vehicles.
