Stopped in to check this place out. Man I wish I?d come here before. Incredible Irish whiskey selection and you know WillyWorld... loves Irish whiskey. Anyways this bar is well run and has extensive restaurant seating. That said I sat at the bar as usual andknowledgeable bartender Gary was attentive and professional. This was just an amazing dinner. We were in town for just a couple of nights and semi-frantic looking for a place to eat. Most... of the places we attempted had no place for us to go sit down and eat. The last failure in that string, my wife (much smarterthan I) asked one of the employees where HE would recommend, and he pointed us to Fallon's. We just may have to go find that guyand shake his hand. The restaurant is easy to find and parking wasn't an issue even on a Friday night. There's a strongprevalent Irish theme to the decor, but it's very welcoming and comfortable. We were seated right away, and our server came overa moment later. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, and got us settled right away. There began a theme that lastedthroughout the meal: the entire staff was friendly and helpful... Not just our own server! We had no less than five differentemployees stop by, clear trash, refill drinks, or check on our orders. That's unheard of in our experience... Usually yourserver is your only advocate with the staff! But... The reason I'm willing to write this review... The food. The food wassimply amazing. The wife and I each got sliders, but prepared differently, with different sides, and were both simply amazed atthe quality. We also split an appetizer that had similar levels of quality. Amazing experience, reasonable prices, easy to getto, fantastic environment... This place is well worth making a special trip to, if given the opportunity. I hope we get a chanceto get back some day. Came in on a quiet Tuesday afternoon after spending years driving by on Olive (I have been missing out). The hostess and host... both were friendly, attentive, and quick to get me seated. The barkeep was likewise welcoming while being efficient and notoverwhelming, quick to get the drinks on the way and gave ample time to consider the tantalizing menu choices. The prices are inline with what should be expected from a local business and are quite fair, considering the number of employees on site and theday being almost 100 degrees (A/C costs and kitchen utility costs are up there folks). A club sandwich says a lot about akitchen. The triple decker was made with fresh ingredients, neatly stacked, not excessive on mayonnaise, and the cut line wasvery clean. The bacon was crispy and not overdone! They take care of their knives here, which says much about the level of carethey put into their product. The food being scrumptious, the level of hospitality being delightful and the general atmospherebeing homely, it was an exceptional occasion. Oh and they offer bangers and mash!
