Just ok, Generally this location is pretty good. Today maybe an off day. Today I ordered French Onion Soup and a Asian Sesame... Salad with Chicken. First, no Baguette bread. Soup had stringy cheese on the bottom and no croutons. Salad was good butvery light on Chicken. Come on, Panera can do better than this. Read more
Pretty bad...waited 45 and still no food. Finally got a refund and left. The manager was not managing the people and offered... neither an apology nor an explanation to customers about why there were such delays. We ordered a sandwich and soup...neitherwere complicated. Enjoyed a little pre-made souffle for lunch. The counter person who helped me said it was unusual that a souffle was still... available at lunchtime. This location lives up to the chain standards, and has both indoor and outdoor seating. This experienceof lunch with a friend met my expectations: no distractions; same as all the previous times I ate here. Read more
Scenario....I am the only customer in the restaurant and I order 1 sandwich. 4 staff members behind the counter. 1 is making... and wrapping the sandwich, 1 is bagging the sandwich, the other 2 are talking about their weekend with the 2 (barely) working.Each time 1 of the 2 "working" talk, the work ceases. I could tell you all about the one's phone being lost, pepper spray, andanything else "dude". I thought that I was going to lose my mind.
