I really really love Freshii and go often! I?m gluten free and dairy free and their options are wonderful!! My only complaints... are that ordering ahead is a huge pain, they won?t make it til you come in, it?s made me late getting back to work and I had towait 20 minutes past my est pick up time - so don?t trust the pick up times - and ordering in person is awkward and you have toyell to order because they don?t allow you to walk up. Way, way overpriced. Ordered a teriyaki bowl with tofu, which cost $3 extra. The bowl was about 90% rice and the $3 for tofu got... me five small cubes. The sauce tasted good and the ingredients seemed fresh but overall, absolutely not even close to beingworth $14. Read more

When i walked in and saw the COVID barrier, i almost walked right back out. But wanted to see how this place operates. There was... a table barrier blocking entrance into the establishment. Absolutely ridiculous. They're living in the middle of 2021. You haveto order from 50 feet away. I made the lady come collect my cash in-person for s and gs. ???????????? My partner and I ordered a few bowls one evening for pick up only to find they forgot our extra sauce and protein that we asked... for on the side. We contacted them immediately and described our issue - and they told us a manager would be reaching out toaddress our issue. We didn?t hear anything back for several days and decided to reach out to HQ who got in contact with themanager. The manager finally got back to us via email another several days later saying they were only going to refund themissing items and offer us peanut butter bites the next time we came in. As our meals were pretty much ruined that night (atleast one of them), we were pretty put off that they weren?t even willing to refund the entire incomplete meals (or meal), andonly the items they left out. We don?t see ourselves going back for their less than satisfying consolation offer for ablundered order - even though we do like the food. If you visit this location, double check your items before leaving. We dounderstand that mishaps happen, and this is an especially hard time for the service industry, but we?ve both worked in thisindustry as well, and know that the ethical thing to do is refund the meal, or offer free meals moving forward - not asnack. Their idea of remedying a ruined meal was disappointing from a customer service standpoint, and to us, that matters. Read more
