This place was fantastic! Delicious food! Delicious drinks! Delicious dessert! I love that they had the bar separated feom the... restaurant. They also had sports games playing on the TVs. And the service was great! I got the fish a chips and my cousin gotthe charbroiled chicken. I had a Flying Dragon drink. Then we shared an ice cream brownie for dessert. So good! This was our 1st time eating here. Not a bad place and the server was polite The appetizers were typical bar food, over fried... and not a lot of taste. I ordered the special Chicken Mandarin Salad that was listed on the blackboard When the salad arrived,the waitress set it down and said that the special was last week and not taken off the board so they substituted pineapple formandarins and there were no almonds and sesame seeds and very little dressing. Instead of serving me a salad that was not what Ihad ordered, the server should have come by and let me know. Being we hadn't eaten all day we ate the food anyway . The Blue cheeseburger was full of cheesy flavor; the pattie tasted very good. I could taste that it was a higher quality patty.... I did not have any excess grease; the flavor was perfect. The chowder was also pretty good. I would give the overall meal an8/10. Read more
Awesome food!! And terrific service!! Driving from Portland to Bellingham, we stopped for lunch at Shari's at exit 109. We saw... O'Blarney's across the parking lot & decided we wanted our Irish comfort food instead. GREAT DECISION. My wife had her favorite- Shepherd's Pie, and I had mine - Bangers 'n Mash. Yum. Plus our drinks. We highly recommend a meal here. I know we'll beplanning to stop here on our next trip south - and coming back north. There are a lot of other menu items I want to dig intothere! Nice large Irish pub with lots of TVs for sport events. There is a little stage for when live music is present. The selection of... beer and drinks is good. Even when it is busy, staff still are accessible for a refill and they walk around the floor. The onlynegatives are that to get to the bathroom one must walk through a high-traffic area and also it can be fairly noisy. Read more
