Location is beautiful! There are plenty of activities (golf, swimming, shopping) that you don't have to leave. The rooms are... small and dated. The forest view is a definite no, unless you don't care about your view. The pool and hot tub are quite nice. Inspite of the negatives, We would stay again but would definitely choose a room with a valley view. We had a pleasantexperience overall. Read more

We have not even arrived yet, but I want to commend Resort staff who have helped us with arrangements. I particularly want to... thank Liz in reservations. She was extremely patient and courteous while helping me solve some scheduling issues on my end. Thislevel of service is not common these days, and it truly makes a difference. I will post another review after our stay, but Ifirst wanted to recognize Liz for making the trip possible. Read more

This resort is beautiful and very well maintained. However, I was not impressed with the staff or service we received. It's... the middle of the Summer in July as I write this and the staff are very unorganized, rude and have no idea of their in houseprotocols. When asking a simple question, we were sent from the front desk to the valet, only to be sent back to the front desk. Were Pretty disappointed as you would expect much better service from such a pricey resort. Read more

The views are stunning, the land is very well kept and the outside area is seriously amazing. I took off a star because of... little things. Our fridge didn't work, the ice machines were empty, the vending machines were all empty, the spa was closed, andthe room service wasn't available. I think little perks like this give you that pampered experience. If you're going to bespending most of your time outside, definitely an amazing place, but if you're looking for an extra special indoor feel, I wouldmaybe consider somewhere else. Staff were all really nice though. Read more

Looks nice but everything is crazy expensive plus when you check out you figure out that they put an extra $40 resort charge on... every single day to your room. For what? 2 out of 3 hot tub doesn?t work and the pool is so cold you get a heart attack. Wewaited 30 minutes for a cart that never came so we dragged down all our stuff. It wasn?t a 5* stay.
