We went with some family from out of town for their first time. We didn't decide to go until Friday night and they didn't open... until Saturday at 5pm. We called 15 min a head of time to make a reservation and althoufh they were nearing the end of theirreservation space, they got us in! We also took our two year old daughter, I was a little nervous as this is a nicer and quieterestablishment but she did really well! Tim brought her some cottage cheese and crackers while we waited, he never let our drinksget low, he was personable, funny and very helpful with recommendations. He was even really great at telling how much longeruntil the appetizer and meals came out which was really nice not having eaten since breakfast! My family was all veryimpressed/pleased. Although it's a bit more expensive for a family outing it's well worth the experience and good to treatourselves every now and then! We look forward to going again! Thank you Tim, you're the best! And the rest of Brother Sebastianstaff! Read more

After much debate on where to go for an anniversary dinner, we landed on Brother Sebastians and let me tell you that we had the... best service and food. The server was friendly and on point with refills and telling us about the history. I was in the mood forprime rib and it was done to perfection. And while yes the outside is interesting, you will not be disappointed with the insideand are encourages to walk around and see the different decor. If we ever travel back through Omaha, we will for sure make thisa return stop. Read more

Driving by Omaha on a cross-US roadtrip and wanted to find good steak since we heard that there are more cows than humans in... this state. Who knows if that?s true, but the steak here is truly delicious. Get the prime rib and Filet, can?t imagine how it?sgo wrong. The place was decorated to such a nice vibe that I was reminded of all the monasteries I did visit in Spain and Peru. The salad bar was also delicious. We were well fed and well served by Alisa(Elisa?), the sweetest server who is also workinghard to get home to her three children. Lucky that we ate there! Making reservations would be a good idea since we waited forabout an hour. Read more

The best bang for your buck steakhouse in Omaha. I'm usually a steak hater, but everything I've tried here is an absolute... winner. The steaks are cooked perfectly and are tender. The staff and decor are welcoming. I take all my out of town friends andfamily here to show them some of the best food in Omaha. Read more

Great music and environment. Romantic if you are dating. Friendly service. Kid friendly. A parking situation happened before I... came in with a fellow patron, not the restaurants fault, but I wasn't feeling too hungry after that. I also ordered more than Icould handle. Great tasting food. The owner is awesome. I am definitely going back if I can find someone to drive me. Read more
