We ordered a cheese quesadilla with guacamole (included) salsa and sour cream and received a quesadilla and salsa. A veggie... bowl, no queso and no guacamole (also ordered). My husband ordered a steak burrito and there was literally no meat. This was allordered online for pick up. It baffles me that a simple order is so hard to make correctly. Read more
Ordered in store and the rice was super dry, guacamole had massive chunks of avocado (not mashed at all), and the chips are... stale with barely any salt on them. Portion sizing is MUCH smaller than before. Disappointing and won?t be returning. Read more
In general we love Chipotle. We have often ordered the catering option for our small family of 5. I decided to treat the family... and include a catering order of chips / salsa / queso that is supposed to feed 50 people. They "combined" our queso and onlygave us one bag of chips. We almost finished the chips in the first setting. Very disappointed we spent $50 on extra chips andqueso and 5 people almost finished it in the first sitting. I was disappointed when I was picking it up and talked to themanager but they said we weren't supposed to get any more. Very disappointing and the worst $ spent at Chipotle.
