Super disappointed. I ordered a chocolate ice cream blizzard with Reese?s peanut butter cup and they handed me a regular... blizzard with with vanilla. I asked the young gentleman that I ordered with chocolate ice cream. He took the blizzard back andless than 2 seconds handed back. It looked like they added chocolate syrup and tried to mixed it up. Also, the young gentlemanhad a horrible cough and he did have a mask on but it wasn?t covering anything. As a healthcare professional, I am not onlyconcerned about my ice cream with no lids on it but my food as well. There was no line at this location and I am just surprisedthey didn?t just make me a new blizzard. I did not eat the blizzard as it looked like someone played with it. I ordered when I had no one in front of me and it took over 20 minutes to get a single burger and fries. The drive thru had 7... cars waiting in the small area in front of the restaurant before I left. I went in and saw they had just put the burgers on thegrill. Read more
Rebekka was rude. I asked for a small twist cone tipped in a cup. She gave me a dish and got mad when I asked for my cone. Also... my blizzard was poorly made. All the stuff was on the top half. The bottom half was just ice cream. We didn't receive anynapkins and she didn't flip my blizzard. Read more
Your one job is to make a blizzard. And you do it twice and it was awful! I have enjoyed a lot of DQ meals and Ice cream. I went... and told the server it?s obvious he is unhappy. And I advised him to quit and get a different job. Waited in line for quiteawhile and finally asked if there was some one manning the counter. Wondered if it?s normal to have both toilets backedup? Wish I would have read the reviews. I would have stayed out of this filthyI place. Well it looks like DQ is in my Do NotPatronize List. Read more

Once again we went to get a couple of blizzards, nothing hard. The drive through was about 12 cars deep with a 20 minute wait,... always about the same for this location everytime. We ordered our blizzards and when we left we noticed the made both of themwrong, they left out some ingredients we asked for and they weren't blended at all. All the toppings were on top, nothing wasmixed in below about an inch. They were understaffed like all the other times we have been there and their workers lookedcompletely frazzled. All I can say to the owners of this establishment is c'mon, let's fix these ongoing problems. Really!! Youcan do better than this. Read more
