This was one of the absolute worst experiences in my life. Every single thing I ordered was disgusting. My drink was made wrong,... my food was cooked in nasty old oil (that both my waitress and the manager told me was why my food was gross). The service wassome of the worst I?ve ever seen. Barely busy and we had to wait 15 minutes before someone even came by to take drink orders.Multiple lies from both servers and the manager, from one person saying she can serve alcohol when she couldn?t, to the managertelling me he didn?t know he was out of something when he admitted he knew 30 minutes prior. Somehow, our ticket was about $20more than what it should have been, but after being asked to leave after telling the manager it was unacceptable to continueserving fried food when they knew their old was bad. The sheer incompetence of every person working that I interacted with. Twoof four meals were inedible and it was a hassle to get them removed from our ticket- even after the food I didn?t even touch wastaken away before anyone had started eating. The fact that Omaha can vote this place as the ?#1 Sport?s Bar in Omaha? isastonishing. There are really worse sports bars in Omaha? I?d be surprised. Read more

When the manager responds to the question of ?Are you the manager?? With ?Unfortunately?? that says a lot right from the... start. A group of us frequent the Welch Plaza location during the week, and it is growing consistently worse. In terms ofservice, and quality. There are many times that we will wait 15-20 minutes for service, only to be told that the kitchen isclosed. At 9:45. We?ve been waiting 15 minutes. You read that right. The staff regularly gets orders wrong, regularly forgetsitems on orders, and appears indifferent to the mistake. There also is little effort on part Of servers to actually ?serve?anyone. They?re seen hanging around the bar, chatting and seem put out to get anyone a beer. I?ve sat with an empty beer for ahalf hour, only to go to the bar and be informed that last call was 10 minutes ago. At 10:00. Last call? 10:00? That?s whenthe kitchen was supposed to close? oh wait. That?s right. It?s simply a staffing issue? Not sure what?s changed, or why. However, it?s a change that the entire group will make. We won?t be back. Chance after chance given and it continues todecline. Bums me out, because it used to be so good. All things change in time, I suppose? Read more

Don?t waste your time here. They will nickel and dime you to death. Perfect example is the amount of waffle fries they will... serve you. That?s 5 waffle fries on that plate with the philly sandwich I ordered. It?s an extra $1.99 to upgrade to wafflefries. I showed our server this ridiculousness and she said they are pre-portioned and that?s what you get. BS! They did takethe $1.99 up charge off the bill though. Regardless, I will not be going back to DJs. They have always been like that but Idecided to give them another chance this time and come to find out, some things never change I guess. Go somewhere else likeTanners that won?t screw you on trivial things like fries and tater tots. Read more

Sat at the bar and had dinner. The bar staff were very friendly and provided great service. They even put my sports team on... the TV! Great food (I had the Reuben) and a very relaxed friendly atmosphere. I will definitely be back. Read more
