Irritating experience on November 12th. So unbelievably stupid. The line was incredibly long for the drive thru, so we go... inside. There is literally a gal standing BEHIND THE REGISTER! ?I?m sorry, the lobby is closed because our heater is broken. Youcan go only thru the drive thru? The door is unlocked, the donuts are stocked behind her, she has a cash register in front ofher. Turned away. Screw that, I?ll give HyVee my business up the street. Read more

Came to get iced coffee at 630 this morning. I?ve been ordering the same drink just about every day for months. Told me they... have never had blueberry syrup. Whatever they gave me tasted horrible. Absolutely horrible place? Lobby is never opened, the drive-through line takes 30 to 40 minutes. Food items are always cold IE... breakfast sandwich, the cappuccino drink not only is less than half it?s melted. This last trip was basically my last time evercoming there. Read more
