Ordered sandwhich and a cookie for delivery. First i noticed my cookie that I paid for wasnt there. I called and she said you... want your cookie? Yes I would like my cookie. She advised they were short staffed but would send it out. Then I went to eat mysandwich had mustard and I did not order it with mustard. 4 hours later no cookie . I called the shop they said they wouldcredit my account a cookie immediately. 4 hours later it still has not been credited . I ordered online to pick up. What I received was incorrect and I couldn?t even eat it as I?m lactose intolerant. Called the... store and they remade it and had it ready in 5 minutes. Excellent customer service. Thanks so much! Read more
Placed an order they forgot a sandwich. Called asked to have it delivered. Said they would be delivering it. Hadn?t received... almost an hour later called he said they were short staffed (no biggie could have just said we will refund) nope said we willget it out before we close. They always deliver my order to my neighbors and never double check the # on the driveway. Got my #16 with tiny scraps of turkey... on it so it was basically bread and bacon. Never get napkins either. Would not recommend this Jimmy John's. Read more
