Worst customer service experience I have ever had. Went to pick up an UberEats order through the drive-thru. I have always gone... through the drive-thru for pick up with no problems. When I said I was there for an UberEats pick up through the intercom, I wasrudely commanded to come inside. I disregarded the rude exchange because the drive-thru was completely dead, and I had alwaysbeen instructed to go to the second drive-thru window for delivery pick ups. Plus, the employee was unnecessarily rude. Once Iget to the second window, a different employee proceeds to grab my customer's order. As I am handed the food, the rude employeethat spoke on the intercom storms up to the window and starts yelling at me about her having told me to come inside. I tell herthat this is all new to me as I have always come through the drive-thru for months for delivery pick ups. She yells some moreand then slams the drive-thru window shut. I am in disbelief of how someone like that has a job in front of customers. Not onlydid she come off as having some deep anger/behavioral issues, she was severely unkempt looking with a wrinkled grey tshirt on.No uniform to show she was a McDonald's employee and a deplorable attitude. Please think carefully about who you hire, andtrain employees because no customer should ever have to experience an interaction like that. Read more
Has to be the worst McDonald's in town. They move you up to wait for food to help there drive through times to make it seem... like they are doing better than they really are. They do door dash 1st even with customers standing waiting. Always slow nomatter what, its never staffed, and when staff is there, they are lazy, rude, and on their phones. They never get my orderright, in-fact my last was wrong 3 times, finally just got money back, and went someplace else. Read more
Okay. I went to this location this morning, as it?s the closest to my house. 5 stars to the employees. 5 stars to the fresh... food. -100 stars for the automated system. BRING BACK THE EMPLOYEES TAKING ORDERS. THEY CAN DO IT AND BETTER THAN THEROBOTS. This stupid automated system tried to add on 10 different items as I was just trying to order 1 sausage egg muffin, 1hash brown, and 1 coffee?BECAUSE both lanes? speakers were picking up my order and the other lane?s order. After spending 5minutes fighting with the automated system, the drive thru (first window) teller was laughing when I got there to have hercorrect my order- Presumably because she knows how asinine these automated systems are. I never go inside McDonald's you can get great service and more importantly deals through their app, sit in your car and have... it brought to you , you'll need to add a debit/credit card to your profile and you get points for that, I regularly get quarterpounder with cheese for free even if you don't use deal codes or free codes always use your personal code, most likely if youbuy a family of four food you'll get amazing amount of points Read more

Order inaccurate. Worker was rude and manager was just as rude. The manager stated "your ordering from a machine we know it's... been messing up nothing we can do about it." The manager wanted me to go back around and place the part of the order I did notreceive yet paid for. Read more
