This restaurant is totally underrated. Coming from a fine dining background, I was extremely impressed with the level of... service I had received here at Mouth of the South (Kudos to my server Luke). From start to finish the food, ambiance, andoverall experience was wonderful. Water was always filled, plates were cleared promptly, and the food made its way out to thetable with mere perfect timing. The Voodoo Shrimp & Grits, Crab Cakes, Smoked Gouda Mac N’ Cheese, and the Crab Dip are all todie for. I will absolutely be back here & I am excited to try other food items on the menu! Read more
Fabulous menu, it was hard to decide what to eat. Choice of Voodoo shrimp and Jambalaya rocked and was plenty to satisfy our... hunger. The french bread melted in your mouth. The Chef was excellent in delivering flavor profiles , dont let him/her go!!!Service was friendly, fast and with great pride the best we've seen in Omaha!. If you looked just right, you could see the ownerinspecting all dishes before they went out. We were one of many tables where he personally delivered our meals right away whilethey were hot.
