No Delivery or curb side pickup offering. Paid online and was instructed to pickup on shelf located inside store. After seating... on the bench in front of the shelf for 20 minutes after order was due I was finally able to track down someone to ask althoughdifficult to find an employee as they seem to hide out a lot. Turns out my order had been sitting there for 15 minutes but wasnot put on shelf which is where I was instructed to pickup. Terrible location, terrible communication, terrible service and mostimportantly managed very terribly. I REALLY ENJOYED MY COLD FOOD WHEN I GOT HOME. Location was busy during this Friday lunch time. Food was prepared in a timely manner and tasted great!
It?s 4:15pm on Sunday and not busy. Lots of employees standing around looking at a magazine while 50% of the tables are dirty... and food trays stacked up with dirty dishes. Coffee was old and lukewarm at best. The orange scone was delicious. Read more
