i placed a order online, meaning i had to pay for it in advance. when i got to the restaurant, they said their computer systems... were down and that they couldn?t take any orders. i explained to them that i had already paid for the order online and showedthem my receipt (which shows the fact that i?ve paid and shows everything i ordered). they still refused to give me my order.not to mention, they already had plenty of food cooked when i walked in. i understand that the systems were down, but since ialready paid, it made no sense as to why they couldn?t just put my food in a box. so i paid popeyes $12 and received absolutelynothing. Do not go to this location. I waited about 27 minutes in the drive though. I got corned by a couple cars and could not leave.... After waiting almost 30 minutes to have my order taken. I was greeted with ?it?s gonna be a minute? and that minute turned outto be ten. After ordering my sandwich combo I got home only to bite into my sandwich and a big peice of hair come with it.Absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service. Terrible food, do not go here. When I go to popeyes, I want the food to be good and my order to be correct. Every single time I have been to this popeyes they... either mess up my order or the food is terrible. Just tonight I went and got some popeyes and they completely forgot thebiscuits we ordered, but we still paid for them!
