Delicious food, always friendly and kind service. Even when they have been busy, the communication is great. I love getting take... out on the way home from work, whether it's eating in the restaurant or picking up, always delicious, piping hot, and fresh. Myfavorite is the chicken Pho. For an entree you can plan to pay around 12-18 a person depending what you get. Read more
I am so disappointed in the service. I have been enjoying this restraunt for over 20 years. NEVER have I been treated so rudely.... A friend and I met for lunch today. I was outside at 11a, waiting for them to open. Went in, got seated. I immediately order 2of their spring rolls. My friend comes in a few minutes later dressed in business attire (this is going to be essential). Shesits down. We're in the booths, halfway into the dining area and under HUGE windows. My friend asks if the air is on becauseit's a bit warm. The first waitress says, "I can say something but they're not going to change it." I'm thinking, well, thismust be a thing. Then a different waitress comes over (found out later it's the cook (I'm assuming owner's) daughter). She asksif we need anything. My friend says, would it be possible to turn on the air. The waitress became combative, no niceties, justvery bluntly, "it's set to 75. It's ALWAYS 75. That won't change". She then goes to the kitchen and VERY LOUDLY startscomplaining about how we're high maintenance and no, it's not hot (she's in a T-shirt and lightweight pants). She proceeds tomake rude comments about us and finally - VERY LOUDLY. Then tells the person she's talking to, "no mom, it's not hot. I have athyroid condition and am ALWAYS hot, but I'm not hot - so it's fine". Comes out, drops ONE order of spring rolls and walks away.I ask her (to her back, because stormed off) "didn't I order 2 orders?" She just says "yeah, do you still want them. I haven'trung anything up yet, you can just leave." I assure her, we will pay for what was ordered, but yes, we'd like them to go? Shethen makes a big production of being fake nice while going back to the kitchen and insulting us loudly. I WILL NEVER DINE THEREAGAIN. Omaha has too many options to be treated like that. Read more
This place is so cozy for a nice dine in meal. We came in about an hour after open and they were swamped. I was absolutely... impressed that the two ladies up front were as energetic and accommodating to every single table as they were. The food here hasalways been absolutely amazing and even though I live an hour away, I can't wait to come back. Thank you guys so much for suchan amazing experience everytime we come in. Read more
