The customer service is awful, blatantly rude and unprofessional staff. If I could give it a zero I would. Baristas were ranting... about personal matters, very unprofessional. I?m so disappointing on this location, we stopped Saturday morning oct22 at 11:20 and we order 2 hot drinks and 1 Blend peanut... butter power, and they made it wrong, we asked if they could please remake it do to the wrong flavor and they say NO ? sorry wecan?t, then I asked for my money back, and the attitude was over the edge? if I knew it was going to be this bad, I wouldn?tstop at this location, I?ve been a scorers costumer for more than 13 years, and I prefer Scooter?s Over Starbucks, but theattitude of the employees here at scooters , made me feel like they are to much for me. ??
