The order wasn't done correctly and it took them forever to redo once I brought it to their attention.

I always specifically ask for no ice because I don?t drink my beverages fast enough I was brought a drink with ice and very... politely said sorry I asked for no ice can you fix this and they brought me my drink back and I left not thinking to have tocheck it twice well they literally left the ice in it and didn?t change anything.
