Normal Starbucks! Staff was polite and friendly. I had a white chocolate mocha with a couple pumps of caramel (not the... healthiest choice on the menu!). It was delicious. It was late in the day, so there were no other customers, and service wasfast and frienly! Read more
Last 2 times they barely blend my strawberry frappe, tastes really good once I mix it more myself????
Today is my 50th birthday and I came to this Starbucks and walked in at 7:59 PM, the door was unlocked, with my certificate in... hand for a complementary food or drink item (Didn?t realize Starbucks closed early here in the Midwest, I just moved my bigcity). The two people inside, one female and the other one? Gender unclear, anyway, they refused to serve me. Said they wereclosing and would not even take my birthday certificate for the gift item from Starbucks! Which expires before tomorrow by theway. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and absolutely not the kind of people that should be representing Starbucks!
