I finally found a delicious Mexican authentic restaurant here in Omaha. I highly recommend the taco dinner. I ordered myself... steak and chicken tacos. Chicken came shredded and tender, very good! Under new ownership as of Summer 2021. So, you can ignore any reviews or photos prior to that date. Their Bistec Ranchero used... to be one of the tastiest Mexican dishes in Omaha. I loved it. I wish I could've bought the sauce by the gallon so I could justchug it. Unfortunately, it just hasn't been as good under the new ownership. It's not bad. It's still a good entrée, but it'sjust not superb anymore. If they're going to take over a restaurant and keep the name and the menu, then they should beconsistent with the food. An overlap with the old owners and cooks to train on how to make the entrées is useful. That's whyit's important to have written recipes and stick to them, so there's consistency across shifts, days, and over theyears. Service is very friendly and efficient. Seating can be limited at peak meal times, so be prepared to get your order togo. Booths are really cramped if you're a bigger person. Restaurant is clean and well-maintained. Read more
