Has a magnificent atmosphere, is quite expensive but is very worth it. The amount of meat you get is bigger than what you would... think it would be. Texas de Brazil is at the top of our list for the best chain churrascarias and I'm so happy Omaha can finally offer this as a... restaurant option. Service was fantastic starting at the bar with Allison who makes a mean Caipirinha. Our server tonight wasEric and he kept the pão de queijo and fried bananas coming, was attentive, and friendly. There weren't a TON of gauchos aroundbut it was a Wednesday night and we still got plenty full. The meats were delicious, I like my beef on the rare side and theyare happy to try to find this for you. All in all a great experience as always in any Texas de Brazil location. Great experience and great food. We made reservations and even though it was pretty busy, we were seated right on time. You... start off at the salad bar, where the options are plenty. The lobster bisque was amazing! At your table, you receive a card withone side red and the other green. When you flip it to green, the servers come around and serve you different kinds of meats.When you flip it red, that's letting them know that you would like a break. All of the meats were well seasoned and delicious.The red meats are mostly served medium rare, however, you can let them know if you want something cooked at a different temp.Overall it was a great experience and we will be visiting again. Where do I begin…we definitely had never been anywhere like this place it was an amazing experience; the salad bar was huge!... Such a wide variety of things to choose from hot and cold. Great atmosphere service was pretty awesome! And the meats!! All Ican say was I was overwhelmed by all the meats that are brought around to the table I loved it all but the Brazilian sausage wasmy favorite!
