0 Stars!!! I have been going to this wingstop since it opened here in omaha. This time i decided to order online through their... website. The food I got was as cold as a 24 hour chilled soda straight from a refrigerator. I called the store to complain aboutmy situation and asked for a manager. This person (I only assumed was an 18 years old or younger) said that they assured me thatit was not wingstops fault and i should take my complaint up with their delivery service, which is door dash. He said that hecould comp me a large fry on my next order, Even though my entire order was trash. I paid $27 for this just for one person andthey would not accept accountability for their garbage order. I will not eat there again even if they paid me for it. DO NOT EATHERE!!! Read more
9/27/22. I used to love this spot but today I made the decision to never go back. I ordered online about 2:15pm the app said it... would take 15-20 mins to get my order ready. I was there to pick up my order at 2:45. The wings where extremely dry and therewhere old dried up fries in my box of corn. The managers excuse was it took me too long to pick up my order and that the cornand fries are cooked in the same fryer which I have no idea what that has to do with my wings being dry and old fries in my cornbox. He did not offer any type of compensation or to even simply remake the order the correct way. I do not recommend spendingyour hard earned money here. Read more
Food is always solid when ordering takeout. Estimated pick up time from the app is pretty accurate to when the food will be... ready. Service tonight was great. We ordered a sauce that looked and tasted different than the same sauce we had before at thislocation. We came in because we thought they gave us the wrong sauce. We were wrong. They remade the wings for us anyway.Definitely gonna keep coming to this location! Read more
We walked in and before even ordering was told it was a wait of 30 minutes for our order we waited and we got burnt fries I... called back and the manager was super rude and told me the reason they were burnt was because they were natural cut which makesno sense hopefully there superiors see this and can address this because this is the worst experience I have ever had !
