I've never been to a sushi train before and we got there really early, but it's fun to see things slide by on the track and it's... a great way to try a bunch of new sushi dishes without committing to a full roll in another restaurant that you may not like. There are a growing number of places to get sushi in Omaha, and initially I thought the train was just a gimmick to compensate... for lower quality sushi, but I was wrong! The food was really, really good...very fresh tasting. The wait staff was helpfuland exained the ordering process to me (the newbie). The train works similarly to dim sum where the kitchen puts a variety ofoptions on small plates which are color coded by price. You take what you want, and they up the plates at the end.
