Our server answered all our questions with excellent understanding and suggested... many different menu items for us which made the experience more enlightening. Yoshitomo far exceeded my expectations. I have always been a loyal fan of Blue Sushi Sake Grill here in town, but had always... heard wonderful things about Yoshitomo from friends, co-workers, etc. While recently visiting Benson, I stumbled across thesign and figured I should give it a shot. Upon entering, I was promptly seated at the bar area. Although I was hoping to beseated a table, I was pleasantly surprised that I was able to watch the sushi chefs work their magic throughout the wholeevening. The thought, care, and precision that went into each and every roll that was handmade in front of me made it worthevery penny. Not only was it impressive to watch, but it also made me extremely excited for my food to come out. I started withthe Aburi Wagyu, which was buttery and delicious. Highly recommend. My main course consisted of 3 different rolls. The Simba,Rangoon, and Kobayashi Maru were all fantastic. The sauces were to die for, and the flavor combinations were unlike any others Ihad experienced at other sushi spots around town. Overall, my time spent dining here was phenomenal, and I plan to come backvery soon. It was a total treat, and exceeded expectations. Delicious sushi spot! We made a reservation and was able to sit at the counter and watch ours and everyone elses food be made!... The chefs are very talented and you can. Tell that they put great effort into preparing and presenting each food item. They bada beautiful selection of sushi. Highly recommend trying the 'bites' they are delicious pairings of flavors.
