Our server got our order, then brought only one water than realized he forgot one. Brought the other than asked if we wanted to... order or needed a few minutes. Then after we get our food our pizza was very very soggy from not being cooked long enough andthe toppings slid off. I asked for ranch waited 10 minutes before asking the other server and she grabbed it for me. He neverbrought the ranch to me ( even tho she did ) aster we finished eating I asked for a box he forgot and it was almost 10 minutesbefore I got our box. Been here plenty of times but this is by far the worst service and food I have ever had from zios highlydisappointed. Read more
They do not pay attention to your allergies. If you have allergies, DO NOT GO HERE! We had a full conversation about gluten free... crust and cauliflower crust and I ordered a GF pizza. I received a slice of pizza (after waiting 35 minutes) that did not appearGF. I asked if it was and the guy just took it away from the table without a word. He didn?t say anything at all! Just took thefood away! Went to the counter and the employees did not appear sober or caring. They gave me money back without a word of anapology and told me they could remake it but it was going to take 20-25 minutes. I had to be to work. They just shrugged andhanded me my money back. They didn?t appear concerned at all. I had thought I would at least hear, ?sorry about thatinconvenience? but I heard no apology whatsoever. I have food allergies and mentioned this again. They just stared back at mewith these blank faces. This was my first experience here and will definitely be my last. I will not be back at someplace thatdoesn?t care for me or my health. Love zios pizza! Gluten-free crust is fantastic. Our favorite pizza is unusual, but we get it every time! Pesto, shrimp,... zucchini, artichoke....yummy! ???? July 20th, 2022....another visit and it was excellent! Pizza baked perfectly! They have a newcrust, cauliflower, but I stuck to the gluten-free crust as it is one of my favorites! Read more
Visited while in town for CWS and youth baseball tournament. The party room is an awesome space! The manager helped us quickly... book the room for our team. When we arrived, the staff was helpful and so patient with our group while we ordered. (Think of 11kids and their families at once). Food was great and the staff made it a great night. Waitress stressed out! Impatient! Never came to check on us or take our order. Left went next door ate some tacos! Won't... be back until they change their ways. To your response-. Why would I waste my time telling you how to improve your servicethrough an email? You guys are the food service professionals. Should recognize the issues and fix them before he gets this far. I'm not going to email you and waste any more of my time. Especially when I don't wish you guys the best of luck.
