Food is always fresh and hot. Staff is friendly. Just wish there wasn't always such a long wait at the drive-thru.
Went during lunch rush on 11/14. Very crowded inside and the drive thru. 10 min wait fir food. Only 1 cashier with manager... sitting in the dining area on her laptop. The height of lunch rush. The 4 guys behind me in line left after 5 min withoutordering. My fries were wrong, they replaced them, and the fry oil was definitely dark and needed changing. The employees act like the customers are a major inconvenience. They can't let you eat in the lobby because they would have to... wipe down your table. They have literally asked us not to come in the last hour they are open. I don't get to cut corners atmy job and expect to keep my job. I've never experienced this at any other chain anywhere I've been. Last night was the laststraw and I will never go to Arby's in Onalaska Wisconsin again! 5 terrible experiences is 5 too many.
