I just stopped for a coffee, the person upfront did not take my name for the order. Barista was jumping thru the orders, people... were getting their coffee that just walk in or ordered after us. The place is mess on wheels. To get 2 cups of coffee we waitedover 30 min inside the shop. Try to get your coffee by ordering it online or drive thru. Read more
I have a cold sensitivity and being a really hot day. I was looking forward to my refresher. Ordered two with no ice. As I do... normally. My daughter said the girls working drive thru was named Michaela. About 3:30 on Tuesday 8/23. Anyways.. rudestexperience I have had at Starbucks. When I asked why my drink was not full she said you don't have ice. That's what you get. Thelook on her face. I said I have a cold sensitivity. I always order this way and never have they not been full. She told me againthis is what you get. Well... Went for a pink drink today, said they were out of coconut milk but could sub it with oat milk. I said that?s fine, but light on... the oat milk plz, i don?t want a lot. This is what i got. Not sure where the strawberries are that are supposed to be in iteither. Glad i paid $13 for watered down oatmilk. Also not sure why i keep trying to give this place a chance cause i?ve nevergotten a good drink here. Starbucks on the southside is awesome tho def recommend that one ! Read more
Rude staff that needs to take a lesson in customer service. Asked if they could write ?Bride? on one of the cups, and... begrudgingly said to remind them at the end of the bar. (There were no other customers) This is what we ended up with, alongwith full sized beans in the other drink. Read more
