Went by drive thru on Saturday, ordered a Burrito Supreme, water, and asked for some fire sauce. Now, I am not sure if the... employees are either lazy or just do not know what a Burrito Supreme is made with. We get a bean Burrito and no fire sauce, theonly thing correct was the water. This location is horrible for correct orders & making the food right. Oh and when you attemptto make a complaint on the Taco Bell website, after entering in all the info & sumbit, an error message pops up stating thewebsite is not found. Good job Taco Bell, this explains why your employees are not trained correctly either. Read more
Clean and responsive the only real complaint I have is about the parking. There are times when this restaurant is busy and the... small space in which it is located can sometimes be difficult to get out of. Read more
This place has gone down hill. Not much in taco's anymore. Can't get orders correct. Slow as Christmas. Go to another location.
Something about living in small towns and privately owned franchises....the prices are always higher than usual. The people are... okay. The speed is decent. But they don't fall in with the specials from the apps. Read more

I eat Taco Bell a lot, including breakfast. This is my least favorite TB. The people are always friendly especially the lady in... the drive thru but the price is RIDICULOUS. It?s Wayyy higher than all other Taco Bell?s and higher than the nationwidecommercial advertised prices. The portions are also a lot smaller than other Taco Bell?s even though they charge you double. Ihave to order a lot of items without beans bc if it has beans, it doesn?t have hardly any meat. Plus, you never know when theyare open. Supposed to serve breakfast but I have been by at 9:45 and they weren?t open. I make the drive to Springville orPinson now bc I get mad everytime I come here. Read more
