Loved the food amazing!! I could not get over the hostess, short white hair. who did not seat us in order. We waited at the bar... for an hour. My wife went up twice. She was nasty and rude to my wife both times. We noticed the restaurant clearing and went tothe front. I noticed that names were crossed off on her list after us. She saw I was annoyed and never apologized. She couldn?tlook me in the eye. She put a damper on our evening. It was my sons 21st and we travelled 3 hours to get here. I've lived in the area since this place opened many years ago. I have never been until recently and I regret waiting all this... time. I'm not big on steak but they have other things to satisfy ones hunger. I opted for a bacon cheeseburger with jalapenos.They weren't the hottest peppers ever (I like heat) but they were fresh and yummy. The whole burger was ????. I was told theyhave a garden onsite and the peppers may have been grown there. They also do different butter spreads daily. We happened to goon Honey Sriracha day. That was so yummy. The wait staff is wonderful. Drinks were refilled instantly, dirty plates we gatheredpromptly as well. At the end the chocolate cream pie was amazing. Definitely plan to go back again soon. Read more

Great food in a warm atmosphere. Service was exceptional. Everything was fresh and prepared perfectly. Price was right. Owner... stopped by to ensure we were satisfied which is rare these days. The best place I've ever eaten in Oneonta by far. Read more
