Summary - Avoid this store. Took 48 minutes for 1 person to get their order. Took me 40 minutes for a disgusting drink -... pretty much juice, not a smoothie. Staff moves super slow, store is missing multiple items, and batgroom looks like it hasn'tbeen cleaned in months. Unprofessional staff who don't acknowledge or take orders in store and gets easily confused, almostgiving the wrong drinks several times. When I entered, there were 5 people waiting for their order and 2 waiting for theirorder to be taken, while 1 came in 10 minutes after for an online order. I was not greeted or acknowledged and 5 minutes in,the couple left. That should have been a big sign to me because I stood there for over 10 minutes where I might as well havebeen invisible because they didn't bother to take my order or say anything! I asked if It would be faster to place an onlineorder. I was told it was the same amount of time. They should have then let me place an order, but they didn't even bother toeven come over or ask. I should have asked how long it would take, but made my second mistake, which was to place an onlineorder via the app rather than just leave. I placed my order at 3 P.M. and it was promised at 3:09. It's 3:16 right now andthey haven't even started - they just asked me to substitute something else (with no suggestions) since they don't have acaiblend. However, a couple who said they had already had been waiting 48 minutes and had a large order (6 small drinks - 3 typesin split cups) is missing a drink and they needed that person had to decide on a substitute. 1 person who got 2 large drinks isstill standing there for something he's missing. They almost made mine before his because we ordered the same drink, however, Ihad to correct them for the 2nd time because I had to remind them what I wanted for my substitute. Second time here. The first time, on 10/29/2022, the doors were open & no one was there. I waited with 3 other customers & no... one ever came out even after we hollered. This time, employees were there. The menu has changed, Boo!! I ordered an applesomething. It's horrible!! Place is closed and phone number is not valid. Sign on front says they're on break, but no one ever came back while I was there.
